I will admit that now the cleanse is over it feels SO nice to eat!! LOL I am trying to be as careful and healthy as I can be though. After talking to so many people after finishing it I heard a lot of concern about whether or not I would gain any or all of the weight back after the cleanse stopped. SO what I plan to do is take a picture of the scale next Thursday morning...yes before I eat Thanksgiving dinner lol....and show you all what the scale looks like a week after the cleanse has ended!!
